Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate at Veniacollection, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service and driving sales in a dynamic retail or e-commerce environment. You’ll help create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere for our customers while supporting day-to-day store or online operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience for every customer
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veniacollection products and brand story
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and fit (if applicable)
- Drive sales through effective communication and customer relationship building
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system or online tools
- Help maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Support inventory management, restocking, and backroom organization
- Participate in promotional campaigns and events as needed
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person, via email, or on social media (if applicable)
Qualifications:- Previous retail, e-commerce, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Passion for fashion, styling, or the lifestyle industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends or holidays
- Comfortable with digital tools, social media, or online retail platforms (bonus)
