Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery (2-3 business days).
Express Shipping: Need it even faster? Choose our express shipping option (1-2 business days).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 7-21 business days.
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup at VENIA Studio
Location: Customers can choose to pick up their orders at VENIA Studio, located at 300 S Santa Fe, SUITE U, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
Pickup Hours: Local pickups must be made during our typical business hours: Friday - Sunday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
Notification: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
Holding Period: Orders will be held at VENIA Studio for 14 days. If your order is not picked up within this time frame, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $300.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through our website or via the carrier’s website.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at info@veniacollection.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VENIA Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
