The Salix Tee is the result of our vision to engineer the perfect tee. The cut, shape, and detailing are all intricate designs that highlight the desire for luxe simplicity. Curious to know if a man with wide shoulders could look good in the same shirt that a woman with small shoulders could, we began conceptualizing.
For this piece, function over form took precedence. We chose to redesign the classic tee shirt construction. In removing the traditional armhole shape and foregoing the common shoulder angle, we have alleviated the stress points present in many tee shirts. The overall design is a hybridization between a traditional Turkish dolman sleeve and the relaxed urban shape of a modern day tee with an added high-low hem detail. Modest in silhouette and rich in details, this tee is deceptively plain. It is in the minute detailing that best showcases its intricacy.

MATERIAL
Pima Cotton from an organic farm in Peru, dyed and finished responsibly in Los Angeles. The silky nature of the fabric is a result of the hand harvested extra-long staple yarns of this prized cotton.
