  • Job Overview:

    As a Sales Associate at Veniacollection, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service and driving sales in a dynamic retail or e-commerce environment. You’ll help create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere for our customers while supporting day-to-day store or online operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience for every customer
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veniacollection products and brand story
    • Assist customers with product selection, styling, and fit (if applicable)
    • Drive sales through effective communication and customer relationship building
    • Process transactions accurately using the POS system or online tools
    • Help maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
    • Support inventory management, restocking, and backroom organization
    • Participate in promotional campaigns and events as needed
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person, via email, or on social media (if applicable)


    Qualifications:

    • Previous retail, e-commerce, or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
    • Passion for fashion, styling, or the lifestyle industry
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends or holidays
    • Comfortable with digital tools, social media, or online retail platforms (bonus)
