Description
Designed as an exercise of continuous form, the Mistral Halter Top traces the body through a single, uninterrupted gesture. Cut from 2x1 cotton ribbing, the fabric offers a soft, breathable hand with natural stretch, allowing the piece to contour closely while retaining a clean, structured line.
The halter strap threads through segments of an adjustable underbust band, creating a subtle system of looping connections. This construction of the interplay of straps allows for a subtle variation in customization.
A stainless steel D-ring pull anchors the adjustment point, adding a restrained industrial accent. Built from one elongated element that wraps and returns to itself, the Mistral becomes an exploration of continuous linework, where a single line defines the entire form.

Each piece is measured flat in the studio, by hand. Object-dyed cloth carries its own small variances — that is the nature of the work, and a millimetre either way is part of it. Between sizes, take the smaller: our cut is meant to sit close and considered.
